Customer Service Advisors

Select are recruiting Customer Service Advisor’s for a reputable private company who work in partnership with over 65 local authorities.
This is a temporary position until approximately the end of September.

Overview of the role:

You will be taking inbound telephone and email enquiries from nurseries, childminders, parents, schools and dairies.
Your daily workload consists of covering the Customer Service phone lines and completing emails throughout the day.

Person Specification:

-Have a good phone manner, be able to work calmly under the pressure of high call volumes,
-Be able to multi task and have good common sense when it comes to problem solving.
-Be competent when it comes to constructing emails to customers and working with database systems as well as Microsoft Office.
-Agents must be comfortable with data entry,
-Be able to work quickly yet thoroughly,
-Be well organised and must also have a good telephone manner.
-Due to the complexity of some reports, they must be able to pick up processes quickly.
-Be capable of managing detailed workloads.

Agents are placed on either an 8am – 4.00pm, 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5pm shift pattern.
