Customer Service Advisor

This position will see you working as part of a busy team to make sure all their logistics customers are looked after with any queries or complaints dealt with in a timely manner, be it over the phone or on email.

There is a lean towards this being somewhat of an Account Management role as you will be looking after some bigger key clients.

You’ll be somebody who copes well under pressure, has a way with words, can spin multiple plates at any one time and is organised and particularly good with keeping admin under control.

This is a full time role based at offices in Norwich.
