Our established and growing family-run client based in Witney are currently recruiting for 2 Customer Service Advisors to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have 1 years’ experience and will be friendly, a great communicator and be organised.

The Role

Respond to inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
Take orders over the phone
Providing the customer with product and company advise
Delivering on customers commitments as agreed
Achieve all individual and service objectives

The ideal candidate

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Team player
Good computer skills (MS Office and CRM systems)
Good attention to detail
Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service

The Benefits

You will join a friendly, family-like team and be entitled to a salary of £21,500, furthermore you will be paid 1.7x daily pro-rata salary should you work on weekends or bank holidays. You will be entitled to 20-days holiday, an employee discount on products, company training and a pension scheme.
