An exciting opportunity has become available within the customer service department of our client, a reputable and established local business. This is a sterling opportunity to focus your Customer Service skills, predominantly handling inbound telephone calls and e-mail queries from various stakeholders, with some outbound calls having to be made to ensure queries are efficiently solved.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls within specified KPI’s following call handling scripts
• Make appropriate outbound calls to customers and suppliers
• Provide excellence in customer service to all customers through telephone and e-mail communication
• Answer incoming emails through the supported mail manager system within the specified timescale within specified KPI’s
• Resolve all queries and complaints in line with the company’s complaints policy
• Work flexibly within a busy department ensuring that all departmental and team KPI’s are maintained on a daily basis
• Provide a full range of data administration and support using a range of systems including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

The ideal candidate will excel in a customer service environment, be Microsoft office proficient and adept with call handling, communication and problem solving.
