A growing and successful organisation has got an exciting opportunity to join their office team as a Customer Service Advisor.

The role:

• Meeting and greeting Customers
• Updating Customers with their projects
• Assist with general office duties I.E Bookings and Inquiries via telephone and emails
• Provide a friendly Customer Experience

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent telephone manner
• A passion and experience in Customer Service
• IT proficient (Word and Windows)
• Knowledge of the motor industry is highly desirable though training will be given
• Friendly and Outgoing


The successful candidate will be joining a welcoming and friendly team. The organisation is going through an exciting period of expansion and you will benefit from a salary of up to £30,000 (Dependent on experience), holiday package and further benefits.
