Customer Service Advisor– St Albans- Temp to Perm – Full time

What will you be doing?
You’ll be the first point of contact providing first class customer service!

Responsibilities include:
• Inbound and outbound telephone activities
• Maintaining database records
• Communicating to customers clearly and effectively

About you:
• You will have experience in a call centre environment
• You will be positive and happy to muck in
• You will be proficient in MS Office, including Word & Excel
• You will be able to pick up systems quickly and efficiently
