Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Hours: 37.5 to 40 hours per week
Pay rate: £8.21 per hour
Start Date: Immediately.
Duration: December 2019

Our client is the UK’s leading provider of Community Equipment Services, we deliver complete end-to-end services through all stages of equipment provision and recycling.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be dealing with a broad spectrum of customer queries from simple transactions to complex enquiries, including the possibility of handling customer complaints. Full training will be provided, however if you have worked in a customer service or call centre office that would be beneficial.

If you enjoy speaking with customers on the telephone and are comfortable working in a busy working environment this could be the job for you!

Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of customer service best practice
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Good listening skills
• IT Literate with experience of using windows based applications (e.g. Excel etc)
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive outlook.
