Customer Service Advisor

Job Role: Temporary Contract
Pay Rate: £8.21 per hour

Our client is the UK’s leading mobility provider and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service.

Due to a recent acquisition, our client is looking to recruit motivated Customer Service professionals to work alongside their existing team.
You will be dealing with a broad spectrum of customer queries from simple transactions to complex enquiries, including the handling of customer complaints.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of customer service best practice
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Good listening skills
• IT Literate with experience of using windows based applications (e.g. Excel etc)
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive outlook.

42.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 8.30 – 5.30.
