Customer Service Advisor

Select Appointments are currently recruiting, on behalf of a well-established luxury brand based in Norwich, for a Customer Services Advisor.

The role is working within a vibrant inbound customer service team, guiding the customers through their purchase and offering a second to none after sales care. As a Customer Advisor, you will be a genuine , caring and friendly with a passion for helping customers.

Hours are as follows; Monday to Friday, 12.30pm – 9.00pm or Saturday, Sunday + 3 days during the week 9.00 – 5.30.

The Role

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat
• Assist customers with selection process
• Provide and follow up quotations
• Process orders
• Keeping customer informed of order status
• Ensure delivery is arranged and completed
• Arrange any exchange or return of goods
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints

To deliver the ultimate customer experience, you will need the following skills;

• IT Literate- Word, Excel, Outlook, the ability to work on dual screens
• Excellent organisational skills
• Professional communicator
• Confident and approachable
• Good administration skills
• Strong written communication
