Customer Service Advisor

A widely respected, major organisation are looking for dedicated Customer Service Advisors to add value to their busy office.

This role will involve taking inbound queries from customers regarding the various products and dealing with them accordingly. This will involve work over the phone, on email, webchat, by post and social media. You will be expected to provide high levels of Customer Service. General administration duties will also be involved.

This position would be ideal for someone looking to work in an office based environment for the first time, as no relevant experience is required. Ideally, you will have previously worked in a customer facing role, in retail or hospitality and have good knowledge of what makes great customer service.

The working hours would be 9-5 Monday to Friday and the salary on offer is £16,000-17,000, dependent on experience. A generous bonus is also included, meaning you could earn an additional £1000+! Other great bonuses include on site parking and team social days.
