Customer Advisor (French Speaker)
Our multinational client, at the forefront of workplace psychology, is currently recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Advisor. You will be handling product and account enquiries and taking orders in both English and French through email and telephone.

The Role:
• Answer queries about products and advising on products
• Build relationships with Customers to identify further business opportunities
• Effectively handle client requests to ensure they are dealt with as soon as possible
• Manage CRM database
• Develop full appreciation and understanding of the client’s values and products
• Build positive relations with all colleagues
The Ideal candidate:
• Fluency in both French and English verbally and written is essential
• Friendly and Empathetic
• Customer service experience (1 year minimum)
• Confident telephone manner
• IT proficient especially Outlook and Word
