Customer Service Administrator/Order Processor

Our client aims to provide their customers with the highest level of customer service. Therefore, the primary role is to support the customer service administration team including the internal account manager.

Role: Customer Service Administrator / Order Processor
Salary – £18K to £20K per year
Hours – 37.5 hours per week
Location – Bardon, Leicestershire

Responsibilities:

•Raise all orders for the contract and any orders as directed by the customer service management team – will include Amazon / Argos and other high level contracts
•Raise all special codes for the contract as directed by the internal contract manager
•Check Public Folders for Orders, queries, information requests and Catalogue Orders and distribute accordingly.
•Order processing in line with Service Level Agreements (KPI’s)
•Liaise with other departments to ensure correct pricing.
•Contact Customers with pricing queries.
•Send Order Confirmations where required.
•The post holder will operate within a laid down framework with regard to office administration.

•A resilient approach to work and able to motivate yourself and support your team colleagues.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

•Experience of high volume data processing.
•Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
•Excellent observation skills.
•IT Literate with experience of using windows based applications (e.g. Excel etc).
•Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive outlook.
•Knowledge of SAP desirable.
•Minimum two year’s administration experience
