Customer Service Administrator

An established and friendly company based South of Norwich are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team.

You will be working from their busy head office and liaising with National clients and customers, therefore you will have a personable approach and the ability to deal with clients over the phone and deal with their day to day queries. This is a busy multi-functional role therefore team work is essential along with excellent organisation skills to prioritise your work load.

Your previous experience will be one where you have given excellent customer service, and you can demonstrate accurate administration duties including Excel and in-house systems.

My client offers a permanent full time position with good salary and benefits. Working Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00, in a small, enthusiastic team. Due to the location having your own transport is essential.
