Our Client is a progressive technology company, who are looking for a Client Assistant to assist with being a champion in supporting and retaining clients in their UK contact centres.
You would need to be very articulate and tech savvy ‘A’ player who has worked within a sales/customer service role for at least a year.

Project management(at least 1 year experience)
Some understanding and experience of using modern information technology is crucial in this role, as you will be the main contact for supporting project managers and company clients.

Working hours
It’s a 37.5 hour week but you will also be on an on call rota where you will have remote access to help solve any client problems
The rota is split across 4 people in the team and will equate to @440 hours a year
You will receive time off in lieu for remote hours worked

Salary & benefits
Starting salary of £23k(promotion to Client executive after probation period)
20 days holiday plus @20 days off in lieu regarding remote working
