Main Duties for the Customer Feedback Specialist
• Evaluation of all customer feedback
• Dealing with any escalations where appropriate
• Monitoring all complaints (including those via social media) and dealing with them professionally and comprehensively, focusing on customer satisfaction
• Providing solutions
• Making decisions regarding compensation if appropriate
• Ability to build rapport and defuse any situation quickly
• Updating systems accurately
Skills required for the role
• Exceptional customer service skills are at the heart of what you do, it’s natural to want to ‘fix’ a situation
• Excellent command of the English Language (Fluent)
• Advanced German or French is not essential, but it will definitely help!
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Calm and professional approach at all times
• Ability to build rapport quickly even in an emotional situation
