£18,000 per annum depending on eperience
Monday to Friday 8.30 – 17.00

An exciting opportunity has become available based near Thetford.

My client is seeking a customer focused individual to support the after sales administration team.

As Customer Care Coordinator you will be:

• The first point of contact for customer after sales enquires via email and telephone
• Liaising with customers to clearly identify and define the problem and work needed
• Coordinate engineers by managing their diaries and customers’ expectations
• Source materials and coordinate engineers to collect
• Liaise closely with the purchasing department to chase materials

Along with previous customer service skills and complaint handling, you will have:

• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to write clear and concise emails
• To build a rapport and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills with multi-tasking
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel

Due to the location you will need your own transport.
