Customer Administrator/Advisor

Do you have a good knowledge/awareness of cars, either working in an automotive related role or perhaps you are familiar with car mechanics as a hobby?
In the role, you will manage customer enquiries by phone, email and face to face and will need some mechanical knowledge to enable the queries to be handled effectively.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Handling customer enquiries by phone and face to face. You will need to be organised, friendly and helpful.
* Provide quotations
* use the workshop management system. Deal with job estimates, create job cards, generate invoicing, carry out parts ordering, parts database management, workshop diary management.
* Allocation of work to workshop team
* Return vehicle inspections. Pool car/loan car – Enquiries, booking, allocation, inspection, maintain service records, invoicing
* Driving duties as required.
* Maintain retail display area – maintain stock levels & merchandise (price & replenish). Updating database with vehicle maintenance, repairs, servicing events.

Qualifications and Skills
Mechanical knowledge & aptitude is important.
Proven ability to work in a small team.
Customer facing experience.
Competent computer user – role will involve extensive use of in house software and Word & Excel)
Full driving licence.
