Contact Centre Customer Service Advisor

You’ll be taking inbound calls via the telephone and live chat and dealing with customer queries ranging from policy changes to complaint resolution. The contact centre is open 7 days a week and you’ll be working on a shift pattern of 35 hours that includes alternate weekends
