Our client, a highly successful membership based organisation are looking to add a Conference Administrator to their lively and busy programme team!
This brand new role is the perfect opportunity for someone with knowledge of the pensions and investments industry, with a degree in a relevant subject, and proven project management experience.

There will be lots to do to arrange the seminars, including:

• Sourcing speakers
• Creating speaker profiles for marketing materials
• Drafting agendas
• Preparing Chair and Executive packs
• Collecting feedback to help improve the next seminar!

You’ll be joining a small and social team, and you will need your own transport to get to the office surrounded by beautiful Hertfordshire countryside!
