Currently searching for a capable commercial co-ordinator to join their vibrant and busy team – the perfect person will be instantly likeable, a confident communicator – and bring exceptional administrative & organisational skills – acting as the ‘team anchor’ whilst the team are travelling and attending meetings.

An exciting opportunity for an independent thinker with a confident ‘can-do’ approach with the ability to think on their feet using and utilise strong admin & organisational skills. Experience within commercial support to the shipping / logistics sector or a strong interest in this area then this would be a distinct advantage. Fluent French language is essential. You will evidence a strong sales support and administrative background, fully competent with IT and MS applications.

Your day to day will be varied – drawing on various skill -sets; communication, customer service, administration, promotions and marketing. No 2 days will be the same in this far-from mundane role – using your skills for proactive and reactive telephone liaison, handling enquiries, liaising & developing relationships with suppliers as well as clients, maintaining records, costings and detailed contracts/ reports, liaising with accounts team regarding payments, and the technical team regarding manufacture & customer requirements, providing ‘spot’ quotes as well as quotations for longer term contracts and tenders, as well an managing French speaking accounts. Some marketing duties will include corporate branding, keeping the website updated, producing marketing materials, and keeping CRM updated.
