Client Experience Manager (12m contract)

Are you customer obsessed and fanatical about growth? My award winning client are a team of bar raisers that go over and above expectations. Based in Norwich, they are customer centric team players, and are now seeking a Client Experience Manager on a 12month contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
You will have the ability to lead and motivate a successful, self sufficient team alongside leading on the client experience strategy, ensuring that their clients receive the very best from you and the team.
You’ll be an expert at looking at ways of interacting with clients, from pre-sale through the entire client life cycle, identifying areas for improvement.
You’ll naturally be able to build advocacy and trust from your clients, meaning that they go out there and shout about their amazing experience with your business.
As a highly motivated and passionate individual, you will be used to dealing with data, analysing and interpreting it in order to make effective and positive change. You will also have a proven track record in growing the value of your client base, with an awareness of the ‘client experience’ and an eye for seeing business improvement opportunities.
