Job Specification for CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR
Roles and responsibility
• Dealing with client take on procedures:
o Requesting and checking Money Laundering Documents;
o Requesting information from previous accountants;
o registering client with HMRC;
o Issuing firm’s engagement letters;
o Setting up the client of firm’s accounting system/CRM systems/ Accounts production systems
• Assisting other senior staff with moving client to new accounting systems;
• Initiating clients information / communication for outsourcing;
• Maintain firm’s time sheet for all staff;
• Raising fees note for all clients;
• Matching costs with fee note;
• Issuing statement to clients and chasing payment of fees;
• Assisting Partners with e-mail shot/ news letters;
• Controlling information request from clients;

Experience and Skills
• Naturally Happy individual with desire to be the best
• Able to take initiatives;
• A REAL Team player with enthusiasm to assist others at all times;
• Really good written and Verbal communication
• Pro Active “Can Do” Approach
• Able to work in paperless office environment
• Past experience in an accounting office

• 3 Partners
• 3 managers; 1 Audit Manager, 1 Tax Manager and 1 Office Manager
• 12 Other Staff, most qualified
• Very little Book-keeping and VAT related work
• Great Deal of Consultancy based work
• Clients range from small one man consultant companies to large companies with international associations with turnover in excess of £75m
• Can offer great deal of Support and training and our proof of this demonstrated by our last 6 staff left to Join firms such as:
o EY
o Deloitts
o Smith & Williamson
o Hacker Young
