We are partnered with one of the UK’s finest country house hotels in Oakham, actively seeking a passionate, creative and experienced Chef De Partie/Commis Chef.

The hotel have the longest retained single Michelin-Star in the UK, earned and maintained due to the passion and drive the team possess.

We are actively seeking an individual who shares the same passion, creativity and positivity as the current team does. Ideally, you will also have experience working at Michelin-Star or Rosette level.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Preparing, cooking & presenting high quality dishes
• Helping the Sous Chefs & Head Chef to develop new dishes and menu
• Oversee a section of the kitchen, be it pastry, butchery, fish, sauces, vegetables and so on
• Maintaining a high quality of food hygiene at all times
• Monitoring portion and waste control


• Minimum of one years’ experience working as a Chef at any level
• Reliable
• Team Player
• Passionate
• Creative


• 5 days on, 2 days off
• 55 hours per week


• £22,000 to £25,000 per annum


• 35 days holiday, Pension, Free on shift meals(Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), Tips, 50% off food and drink, Live in accommodation if needed
