SALARY: £18,000 – £20,000 + AMAZING TIPS + BENEFITS

At Select Hospitality Norwich we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef De Partie. The client is a very popular restaurant located near the exclusive waterfront area. I am looking for a strong passionate chef, someone who is ambitious and wanting be part of a progressive team.

The successful applicant will get the opportunity to work under the guidance of the Sous Chef in this fantastic team. My client is one who really invests time and effort in their team and recognise and reward those who go the extra mile.

The ideal candidate will come from a busy kitchen environment with experience of BBQ grills and Smokers or a willingness to learn, have an interest in food & menu development, an understanding of current market trends and seasonality.

You will ideally have your Food Hygiene level 2, along with 2 years experience in fresh food and 1 years at a CDP level.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
