Chef de Partie, local Restaurant bistro Salary £9-£9.50 per Hour (up to 22,000) plus generous tips (all cash)
At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef de Partie.
The client is a well established restaurant bistro serving traditional cuisine (with a twist) to the customers satisfaction, they specialise in traditional home cooked fresh and local food. Currently serving over 1000 covers a week
Looking for a strong character friendly and excellent team player.
This very well established business are looking for a hard working and dedicated CDP

The Role
Chef de Partie needed to join a team of talented chefs. The job involves preparing fresh ingredients and participating in service for all breakfast, lunch and dinner service along with a range of outside catering events.

My client needs someone with experience of cooking from scratch in a busy environment, who cares about making delicious, seasonal food.

You will need to be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Experience and Skills required
•Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
•Training on HACCP & COSHH systems.
•Creative and passionate about food.
•Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Personal Characteristics
•Flexible as regards to shift patterns
•Responsible and trustworthy
•Have the ability to work within a team
•Own transport
Salary and Benefits
•My client is offering the successful Chef de Partie a salary of £9-£9.50 per hour (up to £22,000) plus very generous tips
