At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy fine dining brasserie situated in the outskirts of Newmarket, for a Chef de Partie.

The Role
Chef de Partie needed to join a team of talented chefs. The job involves preparing modern British cuisine from fresh ingredients and participating in service. My client needs someone with experience of cooking from scratch in a busy environment, who cares about making delicious, seasonal food.

Experience and Skills Required
•Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
•Training on HACCP & COSHH systems.
•Creative and passionate about food.
•Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Personal Characteristics
•Flexible as regards to shift patterns
•Responsible and trustworthy
•Have the ability to work within a team
