Chef de Partie, 4 * Hotel, 2 AA Rosette Restaurant, Cambridge, circa £20,000 DOE

At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef de Partie. A beautiful 4* Hotel in Cambridge with a 2 AA Rosette Restaurant, plus C&B and Wedding venue.

The Role
• To work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to help manage the kitchen and keep the food standards at a constant high
• Help train Commis and Apprentice Chefs
• To undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required in this position.

Experience and Skills required
•Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
•A formal and recognised qualification in professional cookery such as a NVQ Lv 2 (or equivalent).
•Training on HACCP & COSHH systems.
•Creative and passionate about food.
•Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and support others during demanding periods.

Salary and Benefits
•My client is offering the successful CDP a salary of circa £20,000 +Tips, depending on experience
