At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef de Partie.

A prestigious 4* Hotel situated in Cambridge City Centre serving quality ‘bistro’ style dishes cooked from fresh local ingredients. Fantastic opportunity for any Chef de Partie looking to add to their CV, cook with the best ingredients and work for one of the area’s most renowned Head Chefs.

The Role
• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, the Chef de Partie is responsible for the preparation and service of items for their diverse operation.
• Work across all sections of the kitchen
• Consistently deliver food to the highest standards.

Experience and Skills Required
•Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
•Training on HACCP & COSHH systems
•Creative and passionate about food
•Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and support others during demanding periods

Salary and Benefits
•My client is offering the successful Chef de Partie a salary of between £21,000-£24,000pa +GRATS
•Staff accommodation could potentially be provided
•Free uniform
•Meals on duty
