Chef de Partie, Chelmsford Hotel, £22,000 plus tips

At Select Hospitality Chelmsford we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef de Partie.

A Hotel situated on the outskirts of Chelmsford is looking for a full time chef de partie to work in their locally well know restaurant and hotel. The successful applicant must be available to work 5 days out of 7 and split shifts.

The Role
• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, the Chef de Partie is responsible for the preparation and service of items for their diverse operation.
• To work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure the food production levels are completed to the required standard and quality.
•Consistently deliver food to the highest standards, whether for the a la carte restaurant or a function.

Experience and Skills required
•Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
•Must have experience in working in a hotel
•Training on HACCP & COSHH systems
•Creative and passionate about food
•Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and support others during demanding periods

Salary and Benefits
•My client is offering the successful CDP a salary of £22,000 plus tips
•Staff accommodation could potentially be provided
