At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef de Partie.
An award winning wedding and function venue are looking for a hard working and dedicated Senior CDP/ Junior Sous.
No Evenings or Split shifts
The Role
Senior Chef de Partie/ Junior Sous Chef needed to join a team of talented chefs. The job involves preparing fresh ingredients and participating in service for wedding breakfast and day time functions.

My client needs someone with experience of cooking from scratch in a busy environment, who cares about making delicious, seasonal food.

You will need to be able to work on your own initiave and as part of a team

Experience and Skills required
•Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
•Training on HACCP & COSHH systems.
•Creative and passionate about food.
•Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Personal Characteristics
•Flexible as regards to shift patterns
•Responsible and trustworthy
•Creative
•Have the ability to work within a team
