Chef de Partie, Cambridge Hotel, circa £19,000

At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef de Partie.

A busy hotel in Cambridge servicing corporate & leisure guests with C&B facilities.

The Role
• Working closely with the Head Chef & Sous Chef, the Chef de Partie is responsible for the preparation and service of items for their diverse operation.
• To work closely with the Head & Sous Chef to ensure the food production levels are completed to the required standard and quality.
•Consistently deliver food to the highest standards

Experience and Skills required
•Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
•Must have experience in working in a hotel
•Training on HACCP & COSHH systems
•Creative and passionate about food
•Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and support others during demanding periods

Salary and Benefits
•My client is offering the successful CDP a salary of between circa £19,000
•Free uniform
•Meals on duty
