At Select Hospitality, Tunbridge Wells we are recruiting for a Chef de Partie with a passion for pastry. Our client is an independent, family owned Pub with its own organic farm that provides many of the restaurant ingredients.

Job Role:

As Chef de Partie you will support the kitchen team and have a specific emphasis on the pastry section. You will be passionate about using fresh local produce to create fantastic dishes and, very importantly you will be an important part of the pub family team.

Person Specification:

A fun & positive candidate looking for an exciting new challenge. Experience in similar role is desirable as well as fantastic team working skills. We are looking for a passionate Commis Chef or Demi-CDP looking to take their next step and learn new skills.

Salary and Benefits
