Our Client is a well-established five partner practice firm based in the heart of London, is now looking to hire a Well experienced bookkeeper to join their team. The right candidate will have the following duties:

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Post all sales and purchase invoices on Sage 50, journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Process payroll, RTI, pension enrolment, payroll journals
• Bank reconciliations, supplier payments, expense payments, petty cash, credit cards
• Manage clients’ accounts
• Credit control
• Debit and credit control account reconciliation
• VAT filing

• 3-5 years of experience processing payroll
• Proficiency in using sage 50 payroll and the MS office software particularly Excel
• Team player
• Strong work ethic
• High degree of professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
• Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Salary: £25K to £30K
