Booking Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Temporary Booking Co-ordinator to work under the direction of the Recruitment Team Leader. The Booking Co-ordinator works with the Service Manager to fulfil assignments, negotiate with approved agencies for suitable candidates, maintain ongoing contact with the existing candidates, ensuring full recruitment governance policies are applied throughout the recruitment cycle. You will also work closely with the Compliance Team to ensure candidates are fully compliant and ready to begin work placements.

Education / Qualifications / Knowledge
• Good level of basic education
• Numerate & literate

Skills / Training
• Ability to organise and prioritise own work load
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills

• Experience of recruiting / resourcing is required
• Proven track record of solving queries in effective time-scales
• Excellent Customer Service experience
• Responsibility for quality control

Personal Qualities
• Self motivated and driven, ability to work without supervision
• Professional outlook, very conscientious
• Must be team player with flexibility to assist others as required
• Enthusiastic and committed to the business objectives of the Company
• Ability to work in an open plan ‘call centre’ environment

This is a temporary role until end of March which may lead to permanent.
Hours are 37.5 Monday to Friday between 8:00 am – 5.00pm
Pay Rate £10.22 / hr
