Customer Account Administrator – Permanent – Great Yarmouth – £20k+ pa

Due to continuous growth and a need to create a new department, our client are looking to recruit a meticulous administrator with the ability to engage and articulate clearly to customers regarding technical/complex data.
Working in their Billings department some duties will include;
• Setting up customer accounts
• Dealing with billing queries and talking them through various plans on offer
• Looking at and interpreting the customer account data and discuss other options available to them
• Providing first line support
