Bid Coordinator

Our client, a well-established and hugely successful company working within the office refurbishment sector is looking to recruit a Bid Coordinator to join their head office team based in Croydon.

Reporting into the pre-construction director duties will include:’

• Managing the timely production of allocated bid / PQQ and EoI documentation
• Ensuring bid activities are coordinated with other bid team members
• Organising any bond or D&B reviews
• Assisting the management team through the tender process
• Coordinating and produce the tender document including the final review of the tender, if necessary
• Coordinating and produce any mid or tender interview documentation.
• Assisting with booking and coordination of tender collections and delivery receipts.
• Coordinating and produce any company documentation as required by marketing to support client information
• Coordinating and produce detailed prequalification documents and EOIs as and when required.
• Producing and update project profiles and Staff CVs
• Supporting upload of information onto company document portal, Plexus

The successful candidate will have Bid Coordination experience including use of InDesign which is essential. Previous experience within the construction industry would be a bonus but is not essential.
