You’ll be joining one of the region’s most successful housebuilders. and have a hand in major contract work that will take the skills you’ve learnt as a supervisor on the tools into formal leadership.

As assistant site manager, you’ll be supporting the site manager as part of a highly influential construction group that values autonomy and empowers site management with the ability to genuinely take charge and accountability for the smooth running of the site.

You’ll be comfortable around housing sites, be used to dealing with sub-contractors and suppliers and will understand the value of long term commitment. In return for service, my client provides plenty of support and a comprehensive package including:
