Our client based in Benfleet, Essex, are looking to recruit an Assistant Branch Manager who ideally has experience within the building supply industry. Since their inception in 2010, initially specialising in plastic building products such as fascia’s, soffits and guttering they have expanded immensely and now supply a large range of building materials, competitively priced with a first class delivery service.
The job involves assisting with the running the day-to-day duties of a small team of 3 staff to maximize the output of the company.
You will be responsible for developing good working relationships with customers and employees alike whilst demonstrating an understanding of building supply market conditions and the ability to deliver customer needs.

Requirements

• Strong communication / people skills
• Car owner / driver essential
• Experience within the building supplies industry is preferred

Hours and benefits
• 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
• 21 days holiday
• Start ASAP
