Area Sales Manager

At Select Norwich, we are currently recruiting for an experienced, motivated and results driven Area Sales Manager, on behalf of our client, a family-run business specialising in the consultation, design and install of commercial interiors.
Responsibilities will include:
• Generating new business leads and engaging with prospective clients presenting product options available to them, with aim of creating business sales.
• Business development with existing customers, ensuring best solutions are offered in-line with needs and requirements.
• Account management of existing customer base.
• Updating client database with accurate and up to date information.
• Taking full project briefs and clearly communicating specifications to relevant teams.
• Attending trade events, exhibitions and business forums.
• Working in close partnership with marketing function.
• Preparing and presenting sales reports.
• Meeting outlined sales targets, profit margins and KPIs.
You will have:
• 5+ yrs B2B sales experience.
• Proven experience within the construction industry, with knowledge of interior fit-out sector.
• The ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills and efficient approach to all tasks undertaken.
• Enthusiastic attitude with strong aptitude to learn and succeed.
• Full Clean Driving License.
