Our client is a small family run insurance firm based in central Tunbridge Wells. They are currently seeking a flexible and adaptable Insurance professional to join their team.

The role:

You will provide a range of services, from administration, basic accounts, renewals and insurance sales. You will answer enquiries and support the directors in their daily duties. Depending upon the ambitiousness of the candidate, this opportunity offers definite career development possibilities. In addition to your account handling functions, you will also learn to secure new customers, generate new business and to administer these new customer requirements, referring to the appropriate team member when the enquiry falls outside your own knowledge and experience.

The candidate:

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, good time-keeping, good computer and communication skills, good telephone manner, be articulate, ideally you will have some insurance experience and achieved good grades in English and Mathematics and be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Office based in Tunbridge Wells working days are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm. (1 hour for lunch)
28 Days including Public Holidays
The salary for this role will be between £18,000 and £22,000 depending on your experience.
