Administrator
Our prestigious and established client, located in Witney, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Administrator.
They are looking a candidate who will have a friendly and outgoing personality and have a strong standard of English.
The Role
• Answering telephone calls and diverting them to the team
• Meeting and Greeting Clients
• Supporting the administration team with general administration
• Dealing with post and deliveries
• Assisting with the office email inbox
• Cover reception when needed
The role would ideally suit a candidate who has office experience, with great verbal and written communication. Our client is looking for someone with a highly presentable and professional manner.
The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of between £19-24k, be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, a pension scheme, career opportunities as well as join a friendly and welcoming team!
