I am recruiting for a local company based in Willingham, for a part time Office Administrator.
You will work alongside and support the Office manager and Managing Director to ensure the smooth and efficient running of this local family run business.

This is a part time role and the hours can be arranged to fit around the candidate. The role would be a great fit for a stay at home parent as the hours can be suited to fit around the school run

As part of your role you will undertake basic office administration tasks including but not limited to,
• Telephone management
• CRM System management
• Incoming and outgoing stock management
• Maintaining SOP manuals
• Diary management

The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of finance systems, however full training will be provided
• Preparation of invoices
• Purchasing
• Invoice management

As Office Administrator you will have experience in office administration, an excellent understating of MS Office, excellent time management & ability to multitask & strong organisational skills.
