Admin, Sales and Customer Care Assistant – Halesworth
Are you a strong administrator with customer service experience?
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
I am looking for candidates with experience of working in an office environment and dealing with customers online and over the telephone. The role is largely desk-based and varied, and requires good organisation, communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office is essential).
The role includes:
Processing customer orders by email and telephone
Communicating with customers, including dealing with queries, quoting and taking payment
Maintaining sales records
Admin and clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents such as dispatch notes
Monitoring stock and supplies levels
Planning and booking stock shipments to Amazon and business customers, in the UK and internationally
Dispatching customer orders, including courier bookings
