Administrator – St Albans- £18K-£20K
This dynamic firm of legal eagles are looking for a Team Administrator to join their St Albans team. You will have solid administration and customer service experience within an professional office environment.

The role is varied and you will be providing administrative support across teams within the business.

About the role:
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Distributing documents across departments
• Communicating with relevant departments on matters in hand
• Filing/archiving all forms of correspondence on client files
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and provision of refreshments where appropriate

About you:
• Experienced Administrator
• Excellent communication skills
• IT proficient
• Accurate with a keen eye for detail
• Multi-tasker
