A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well know Cambridge institution for a period of 3 months. You will joining the Estates Management team as a PPM Administrator. You will be assisting in the programming of preventative maintenance schedules for services across the entire University Estate. The role is heavily process driven ensuring all areas of compliance are up to date and correct.
Job Title: PPM Administrator
Pay: £11.33 per hour
Start date: 14th January 2019

Job Role:
• Assist in receipt of outline PPM schedules from contractors.
• Assist in the development of detailed plans on CAFM for final approval.
• Prepare service reports for the identification of follow-on works and risks. Manage the full life cycle of work orders.
• Prepare invoices for payment by making sure all work order information, engineers report sheets and other contractual documents are attached.
• Raise purchase orders for the consolidation of work to invoices and occasional orders for goods.
• Prepare monthly management reports on PPM progress, performance against KPIs, exceptions and cost, highlighting areas of risk.
The applicant will be:
• Possess Level 3 CIPS, Business Administration or Facilities Management.
• Able to understand technical readings and measurements to identify and highlight risk to compliance.
• Experienced in working on compliance in maintenance assets and payables and ordering processes.
• Highly organised with excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly and approachable, able to work with many different types of people.
• Able to highlight lack of compliance.
