Administrative Assistant – St Albans – Temporary to Permanent £8.00 per hour

This well-established company are one of the leaders in their field of lighting and are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to join their friendly team in St Albans.

Responsibilities include:
• Answering telephone calls; dealing with enquiries
• Assisting with sales calls
• Sales administration
• Photocopying, filing
• Maintaining office supplies and stationery cupboard
• Posting out promotional materials
• Mail shots
• Catering for meetings, i.e. refreshments and lunches where required
• Electronic filing of documents
• Welcoming visitors to the offices and providing refreshments if required.

You will have excellent communication skills and good working knowledge of Outlook and Excel.

Hourly rate – £8.00 per hour
Hours Mon-Fri 9-5:30
