We are currently working with a local business who are looking for an Administrator to join the Operations team based in Abingdon. The Administrator will need to be a good all-rounder, with confident and polite telephone manner.

As the Administrator you will handle a variety of roles that include:
• Answer all telephone calls politely and efficiently
• Raise work on database
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers and monitor open jobs
• Monitor and answer client and supplier emails efficiently
• Package and postage of parts

As the Administrator you will need to have:
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Packages and databases)
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written

Helpdesk/call centre or general administration experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
