This is a maternity cover role and will commence on the 1st July 2018 where you will have four weeks in house training. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30 and every other Saturday 9.00 to 1.00.

• You will be responsible for taking applications and putting the applications through to referencing
• Dealing with all email enquires that come in to include booking viewings in the diary
• Dealing with all telephone enquiries that come in to include booking viewings in the diary
• Speaking to utility companies to resolve landlord bills and ensuring landlords are not charged for tenants usage
• Carrying out all the move ins within the office to include the preparing of files.
• Upload all inventories on to our bespoke inventory website
• Preparing all invoices for landlords and contractors
• Dealing with all tenancy renewals to include conversing with landlords and tenants and negotiating rents if necessary
• Responsible for uploading all properties on to the internet.

The successful applicant will not require any industry experience as full training will be given on the job however we would prefer you to have experience dealing with the general public and full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
