Administration Assistant

Our client based in Lincoln is looking for a key administrative to support the day to day running of all office systems and provide general support to the field & office based team. This position is a temporary to coever a period of sickness – approximately 3 to 6 months.

The successful candidate will be self motivated, be able to work autonomously & be a confident communicator with excellent IT skills. The role will be supporting the Office Manager primarily & the Directors on a daily basis and as a result will require excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with an excellent attention to detail.

The role will be the first point of contact for all clients, technicians & suppliers both on the phone and via email for all 3 companies within the Group and must show a high level of initiative. A professional, helpful attitude is essential.

The core functions of the role will be contract management with support for all pest contracts, invoicing job work and contract work, frequent communication with Operations Manager and Service Manager, ordering of stationary/equipment or product and other admin tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Provide key Administrative Support
•Manage Client Information / Databases and File Systems
•Ensure the reporting to major clients meets their requirements and strict deadlines
•Assist other members of the team and your line manager and directors when required
•Any other requirements of the Office Manager or Directors in terms of supporting their workload when required
•Monthly and weekly invoicing for job work and contracts
•Ordering of stationary, product and equipment
•Admin tasks and support for Operations and Service Manager
•Creating folders and templates for technicians

40 Hours per week (8:30am – 5:00pm)
