Administration Assistant

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and high-level administrative support to all staff within the office
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting conflicting deadlines
• Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
• Dealing with incoming email and correspondence in accordance with manager’s instruction
• Typing and producing documents and reports to an exacting level of accuracy
• Maintain excellent client relationships
• Conduct enhanced checks on businesses using external sources and/or telephone liaison with Company Directors or representatives
• Maintenance and development (including new content) of Company website and associated social media platforms
• Ensure understanding of core business

Essential Skills and Qualities Required:
• Proven work experience in similar role is essential
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Be outgoing, positive and have excellent communication skills, particularly on the telephone
• Must be a resourceful team player and show enthusiasm for employee engagement including participation in staff events
• Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines using own initiative
• Strong IT literacy including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook essential) email systems and the internet. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat also preferred
• Competent practical Microsoft excel skills (navigation, formatting, basic formula)
• Self-motivator with the ability to work alone and organise themselves
• Flexible and adaptable – ability to respond to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Full and clean driving licence and own transport essential due to location
